Health coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your health coach, I will create a supportive environment that will help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that will enable you to reach your health goals. I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life that is flexible, fun, and free of restriction and discipline. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. It is my personal mission to guide and inspire you to achieve optimal health and happiness on a plant-based lifestyle.
I started my journey to become a health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. During my training, I studied practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative health coaching methods. To become a health coach, I’ve learned from some of the world’s top health and wellness experts and health coaches. Additionally, I studied Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies. I’m also a qualified personal trainer with a degree in human movement (exercise science), and have over 13 years experience in the industry.
My education and experience within the health and fitness industry has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and preventative health. Drawing on these skills and knowledge, I’ve developed my own personal philosophy that motivates me to improve my clients’ lives. I regularly work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. I believe there’s a strong connection between mind, body, and soul - all areas in our lives are connected!

These health coaching consultations are designed for people who just need some professional advice to get them started, but are happy to work alone to achieve their goals. Unlike my 1-on-1 health coaching program, there is no ongoing accountability, or unlimited access to me for all your questions and concerns. My program also includes a personalised meal plan and training program, so if you require these things, I encourage you to apply for my 8 week coaching program.

You'll receive an in-depth questionnaire about your health and lifestyle to complete before our call. During this 60 minute call, I will address anything of concern and provide suggestions on what health and lifestyle changes I would recommend (based on your goals). We can also discuss any specific topics you’re interested in regards to improving your health.
FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION ~ $60
This health coaching consultation is only available for those who have completed the initial consultation. During this 45 minute call, we will discuss what changes you have made (suggested on your initial consultation) and assess whether these changes were effective in improving your health. From there we’ll make the appropriate adjustments to help further progress you towards your goals. You’ll also have the opportunity to talk about anything specific you want to focus on.

As a 59-year-old male with a shortened femur and having Parkinson’s disease, personal trainers with whom I have worked in the USA and Germany have been either somewhat non-committal or unwilling to engage me in an exercise program with which I believe I am capable.
Nicole undertook considerable research into Parkinson’s and also was very aware of the type of exercise which may not be desirable, but focused entirely on what was possible. “My top three goals when I started Nicole’s coaching program was to achieve optimal health through weight loss, learn to have a healthy relationship with food, and to increase my physical activity levels. The program consisted of three equally important components to help me reach my goals.
The first was mindset, which we approached through meditation, visualisation, journaling, and various exercises around negative self-talk and perfectionism. The second component was nutrition, consisting of a whole-foods plant-based diet. Nicole put me in contact with a nutritionist who provided guidance, support, and meal plans and recipes throughout the entire program. The third component was exercise. Nicole created an exercise plan, which was modified every four weeks to continue to challenge me physically.
