“I worked with Ms. Mitsigeorgis for 6 months and cannot speak highly enough of her holistic approach and the manner in which she helped me progress my personal health, fitness and weight reduction goals. As a 59 year old male with a shortened femur and having Parkinson’s disease, personal trainers with whom I have worked in the USA and Germany have been either somewhat non committal or unwilling to engage me in an exercise program with which I believe I am capable.
Nicole undertook considerable research into Parkinson’s and also was very aware of the type of exercise which may not be desirable, but focused entirely on what was possible. After 4 months I reduced my weight by 6kg, waist circumference by 6cm and my body fat by 5% – and these results would have been better had I followed Nicole’s nutritional advice more diligently. “I came to Nicole with three main goals, which was weight loss, to improve my health, and overcome emotional/binge eating. Nicole was able to help me work toward these goals by supporting me step by step with setting smaller achievable goals. Although weight loss was high on my list, we took the focus off the number on the scales and focussed more on instilling healthy habits for life. My thought process was always ‘how can I lose weight?’, and now I know the solution is a whole-foods plant-based diet, so it takes a huge weight off me to have found the answer.

She has a wealth of experience as a personal trainer, but also has life experience, and has changed her own health and life using all the methods she now teaches.
