Health coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your health coach, I will create a supportive environment that will help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that will enable you to reach your health goals. I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life that is flexible, fun and free of restriction and discipline. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. It is my personal mission to guide and inspire you to achieve optimal health and happiness on a plant-based lifestyle.


I received my training as a health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. During my training, I studied practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Additionally, I studied Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies, and I am also a qualified personal trainer with a degree in human movement (exercise science). My education and experience within the health and fitness industry has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and preventative health. Drawing on these skills and knowledge, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.


I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. We’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, increasing sleep, and maximising energy. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

You'll receive a health history questionnaire to complete before our call. During the 75 minute Zoom call I will address anything of concern and provide suggestions on what changes I would recommend making based on your goals. You will also have the opportunity to talk about anything specific you want to focus on.

This is only available to those who have completed an initial consultation. During this 45 minute Zoom call we will discuss what changes you have made (from your initial consult) and assess whether these changes were effective. From there we will make the appropriate adjustments (diet, exercise, lifestyle) to help further progress you towards your goals. You will also have the opportunity to talk about anything specific you want to focus on.
