Welcome to Nourish by Nicole

So here I am, writing my first blog post, and as you can probably tell I’m not really quite sure what I’m doing. But that’s ok, it can only get better, right? I’m really not that great at introductions, so please bear with me here.

I created this website so I could share my passion for helping others succeed on a whole-foods, plant-based diet. But I don’t want to stop there. There is so much more to health than the food we eat, and there are so many other ways to ‘nourish’ ourselves and become truly happy in life. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, learning new things, regular exercise, spiritual awareness… these are all essential forms of nourishment that we can’t get from eating a bunch of fruits and vegetables. This blog will be dedicated to discussing all things that nourish our daily lives and nourish our souls.

I currently specialise in the following areas, so you can expect some content related to:

  • Women’s health

  • Exercise and fitness

  • Athletic performance

  • Chronic conditions

  • Mindset

As this is my first blog post I understand your willingness to hit the subscribe button is probably at an all time low. But as I said, bear with me. There will be content soon, and you will be the first to know about it.
